What We Believe

Kingdom Pursuit | Scriptural Reverence | Eternal Impact

“On earth as it is in Heaven”

We believe that Christ’s love fills a void that nothing else can. Drawing inspiration from Matthew 6:10, we strive to manifest God’s kingdom here and now. We dedicate ourselves to reflect His love in all we do—offering a glimpse of Heaven on Earth, and inspiring all toward a deeper relationship with Christ.

Matthew 6:10; 1 Corinthians 13:4-7; 1 Corinthians 13:13; Matthew 5:13-16; 1 John 3:18; Matthew 4:19

“For even the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve”

Inspired by the beautiful paradox in Christ’s example, we humbly seek servitude. We proactively seek to discover and fill needs in the name of Christ—both inside the church and out. We dedicate ourselves to embodying Christ’s love—offering a glimpse of Heaven on Earth through our words, actions, gifts, and resources. We know that when we are serving others, we are serving Christ.

“Iron sharpens iron”

We believe in the Great Commission, and we strive to equip fertile hearts toward a deeper and more authentic discipleship with Christ. We are intentional in our efforts to connect souls—cultivating a deep-rooted community, and weaving a tapestry of relationships grounded in love and shared purpose. We foster a brotherhood of devoted disciples—committed to equipping and nurturing one another with scripturally-backed truths and resources.

We believe that there is will, purpose, and worth to every life. Rooted in the truth of Proverbs 27:17, we humbly walk alongside one another in our journeys. Modeled after Jesus’ ministry of mentorship and empowerment, we invest in each other’s spiritual growth with patience and love.

We embrace our differences, and delight in the fact that the union, synchronization, and employment of the unique combination these God-given attributes serves toward a more beautiful, impactful, and genuine expression of Heaven on Earth.

“For God so loved the world”

We believe that God loves us more than we could possibly comprehend. We also believe that as our creator, God’s divine wisdom naturally and certainly surpasses human comprehension. We believe that without a Higher guidance, relying on our own limited perspectives and subjective interpretations can cloud our judgement and distort our understanding of truth.

We believe that God created scripture—for us—as a life compass and the bedrock on which we can peacefully rest our faith. We believe that we were created to rely on His word for guidance in discerning right from wrong—truth from falsehood.

Because of our human vulnerabilities, we are lovingly called by our Creator to rely on to scripture’s clarity and certainty—allowing Him to shape our hearts and minds, helping us discern His will for our lives, and ensuring that our decisions and actions are in harmony with His divine and perfect plan.

Isaiah 55:8-9; Proverbs 3:5-6; 2 Timothy 3:16-17; John 3:16; Ephesians 3:17-19; Romans 12:2; Jeremiah 29:11

God made us: Invented us as a man invents an engine. A car is made to run on petrol, and it would not run properly on anything else. Now God designed the human machine to run on Himself. He Himself is the fuel our spirits were designed to burn, or the food our spirits were designed to feed on.
